If you cancel your hotel booking within the free cancellation period, there will be no cancellation fee.

If the tour operator or the third-party vendor cancels the tour or customized tour package, we will inform you and assist you in getting a refund or an alternative .

The refund amount will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request is received and approved. The refund will be credited to the same account that was used to make the payment.
